It is a knock out , and one you see time and again on Pinterest. The sink is a early 1900s original marked / Printed – Columbia, M355 with 18 – 30. It also has a 5 printed on the bottom which I believe means the bowl holds 5 gallons. T his sink doesnt have a manufacturers name on it but after doing some internet research and talking to a couple cast iron fixture dealers they said it was not uncommon for American Standard and Koehler to produce large amounts of fixtures to order without their name on them or even someone elses name. This cast iron beauty would be the finishing piece for a fancy Laundry room , art studio or to restore your homes bathroom o r kitchen back to its historical o r architectural age. The measurements in the rough are 30 x 18 x 1 7 with a 5 gallon capacity basin. The color of the sink is more of a bone to white not a bright white but I never tried cleaning it with any cleaners I had hosed it off after taking a wire brush to it and a rust remover (several times) then painted the bottom with a rustolium specifically for rusty surfaces and put it in the garage. I hadnt planned on repainting it because it has only a few small chips and I thought it added to its authenticity but you may want it resurfaced and you can change it to just about any color you can think of. I circled in red a spot on the side of the sink that has a blob of tar or plumbers pu tty that hasnt been removed yet but its not a chip.
